PRICING & QUOTATIONS

Know what you are paying for before you book.

We prepare a shipment-specific quote rather than publish a flat rate that may not fit your cargo. Rates depend on the goods, package dimensions, chargeable weight or volume, route, handling and agreed service scope.

01

What affects your quote?

Goods type, package count, dimensions, gross or chargeable weight, origin, destination, shipping method, handling and delivery requirements.

02

What should be confirmed?

Ask for the written quote to state the included services, exclusions, currency, payment terms, estimated schedule and quote validity.

03

What may cost extra?

Customs duties, taxes, inspections, storage, special handling, insurance, clearance or final-mile delivery may be separate unless explicitly included.

Important: no fixed prices or transit times are promised on this page. Final charges and service availability must be confirmed in a written quotation for your specific shipment. Do not dispatch cargo until the agreed scope and payment instructions are clear.

PRICING QUESTIONS

Before you approve a quote.

Why don't you show a single price per kilogram?

Shipment costs can depend on cargo type, dimensions, chargeable weight, route and included services. A single public rate could misrepresent the price for your specific cargo, so we quote after reviewing the details.

Are customs duties and taxes included?

Do not assume they are included. The written quotation should state which customs, tax, inspection, clearance, storage and delivery charges are included and which are payable separately.

Will the quote guarantee the arrival date?

An estimated schedule is not a guarantee. Cargo readiness, routing, carrier schedules, customs and other operational factors can affect timing.

What if I have goods from several suppliers?

Tell us each supplier location, package count and readiness date. We can review whether collection or consolidation can be arranged for your route.
